Sugarpaste / Fondant Ingredients:
Confectioner's Sugar (Brand: Bağdat)
Glucose
Glycerin
Gelatin
Drinking Water (Brand: Koru Su)
Edible Paints (Brand: Wilton / Sugarflair / Americolor)
Cookies Shelf Life
As long as our cookies are stored in closed packaging, they remain fresh around 3-4 months. Sugarpaste used on decoration has 1 year shelf life. Elif's Cookies are baked fresh on order, and do not contain any preservatives; they do have a guaranteed 4-week shelf life from the time you receive them. Cookies can be preserved in cool, dry places at room temperature.
